INDOOR Q

So I live in the South and I KNOW that it is a fate worse than death to admit to doing anything with pork other than pit smoking it.  HOWEVER, a lot of people do not have the equipement to smoke pork, and some people, crazy as it may seem, do not like the smokey flavor.  Here my friends, at the risk of my Q reputation is your answer.

Ingredients

Pork Butt, Shoulder, or Loin
Salt
Pepper
2 cans of baked beans
2 dark flavorful beers
Spanish Paprika
Goya Adobo
Smoke Flavoring

Place pork in 2' deep pan with enough room to surround with liquid and beans
FAT SIDE DOWN
Dry rub pork with equal mixture of pepper, Spanish paprika, and Adobo
Dry Rub pork with salt to taste
Turn over and repeat, COOK WITH FAT SIDE UP
Softly so as not to disturb the rub, add beans and liquid ingredients

Place in oven at 250* for ten hours.  DO NOT CONVECT

Pull or shred pork when it is hot.  Any bone should pull or fall right out when done.  YES, eat the beans, they are awesome.  You may want to drain off some of the liquid from the beans.
*Lower temp equals longer cook time.  You should not go below 150* and 12 hours.
*Loins require much less cook time because they will dry out due to the fact that more fat is trimmed off and generally not as dispersed through the meet.

Sorry there were no after pictures...there was nothing left by the time I got my camera back out. :)
